Thayer employee Emily Goodwin was recently designated as an ARM® (Accredited Residential Manager) of the Institute of Real Estate Management during the recent IREM Holiday Celebration at Encore Casino in Everett, Massachusetts.
Goodwin currently serves as the assistant property manager at the Shadowbrook Condominium in Milford, MA.
The ARM® residential property management certification teaches real estate managers in the early stages of their careers the core competencies to manage residential properties successfully. An ARM® designation is widely recognized in the residential property management field, with recipients awarded for demonstrating excellence in residential property management.
