Head Concierge

We are seeking an experienced Head Concierge to join and oversee a well-established concierge team at a luxury condominium community located in Marina Bay, MA.

This is a full-time leadership role responsible for supervising an existing, veteran concierge team while actively managing the following shifts:

Thursday 3pm-11pm

Friday 3pm-11pm

Saturday /Sunday 7am-3pm

Our concierge team is comprised of five part-time and full-time professionals, several of whom have worked onsite for over 20 years.

We are seeking a confident, detail-oriented leader who can seamlessly integrate into this experienced team, provide mentorship and oversight, and assume responsibility for the morning shift as a key point of contact for residents, staff, and management. This high-end condominium community offers a collaborative, service-driven environment with a mix of long-term and newer residents and is conveniently located in the heart of Marina Bay.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Team Leadership & Oversight

  • Provide day-to-day supervision and support for the concierge team.
  • Lead by example with professionalism, discretion, and exceptional service standards.
  • Assist with training, mentoring, and ensuring consistent concierge
    coverage and procedures.

2. Resident Services

  • Serve as the on-site point of contact for the front desk during the morning shift.
  • Address resident needs including building access, vendor coordination, amenity use, and general community knowledge.

3. Customer Service Excellence

  • Deliver premium customer service when handling all phone, email, and in-person communications in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Handle escalated resident concerns with diplomacy and sound judgment.

4. Building Security & Monitoring

  • Monitor and physically check all building access points via the onsite
    camera system and routine building walkthroughs.
  •  Ensure safety, security, and adherence to building policies.

5. Operational Documentation

  • Maintain detailed daily electronic log entries for each shift.
  • Report incidents to management and prepare incident reports as required.

6. Amenity Oversight

  • Monitor use and activity of community amenities, including the gym and pool, ensuring compliance with building rules.

7. Package & Delivery Management

  • Oversee the community’s package delivery system and ensure accurate logging into appropriate platforms.

8. Move-In / Move-Out Coordination

  • Manage all resident move-ins and move-outs, including documentation review, scheduling, and follow-up as needed.

9. Emergency Preparedness

  • Maintain familiarity with emergency response procedures and act as a calm, capable leader during emergencies.
