Professional Property Manager: Brookline condominium building
- Candidates should have 3-5 years of condominium management experience.
- Required: previous experience working with large capital projects.
- Preferred: CPM®, ARM®, PCAM® and CMCA® designations.
Property Accountant: Thayer & Associates
- Handle the financial accounting for a portfolio of 10-15 clients.
- Review and produce monthly and year-end financials along with annual budgets, and assist in audits.
- Required: A/R, A/P and general ledger skills.
- Preferred: a bachelor's degree in business/accounting with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
Property Superintendent: Portfolio of condominium buildings
- Required: your own transportation.
- Candidates should be skilled in building maintenance, have flexible schedules and good communication skills, and demonstrate responsibility, reliability and dedication.
Concierge staff (part-time): Brookline luxury condominium
- Required: availability to work weekends and/or overnight shifts, and possession of a valid Massachusetts driver's license.
- Candidates should have a strong customer service background and good communication skills.

Office Assistant (part-time): Thayer & Associates
- Duties include answering a seven-line telephone switchboard, handling mailings, processing invoices and filing.
- Flexible hours and a pleasant work atmosphere.
Maintenance Staff (full- and part-time): Cambridge residential/commercial properties
- Resident and non-resident staff are needed for luxury residential and first-class commercial properties.
- Candidates should be skilled or semi-skilled in building mechanics, and have flexible schedules and good communication skills.
